Our story:
For 28 years company Valmar produce ice cream machines distinguish by quality and design perfection. Company was found in Solkan. First ice cream machine was made in home workshop and it's still working. After few years company moved to new location in industrial park at Kromberk near Nova Gorica and there is located up today. Machines are built from stainless steel; precise construction and right material selection for component parts made our machines almost indestructible. Our machines didn't conquer just domestic, Slovenian market, they broke the boundaries and now they're well known all over the world. They are far famed on markets in Croatia, Italy, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Israel… Collected data and analysis confirm that request for machines Valmar is increasing.
Valmar developed and completed its own assortment of machines, including ice cream machines, combined ice cream machines, pasteurizers and ageing vats step by step. Constant attention on technological developments, following news in cooling field and permanent contact with our clients, confectioner masters from different countries, helped us to create machines which satisfy everybody requirements even most demanding customer. We can make an ice cream machines for each type of ice cream and moreover we offer a possibility to make machines according customer wishes (for bigger confectioners) as well as universal machines (for small confectioners).
Most important thing for Valmar is quality; therefore we improve our products continually. Although having our own development laboratory, we closely collaborate with Institute of metals and technology (Laboratory for vacuum science), Institute of electronic and University of Ljubljana (Biotechnical faculty, Department of food science and technology). As we collaborate with our clients too, we incorporate theory and practice what give us an assurance of making not just high quality but also custom friendly machine. Company Valmar employs 15 workers. Production capacity is 250 machines per year for short term delivery, more for long term delivery.
